HR-tech startup Spottabl raises Rs.3.5 Cr from Paradigm Shift VC, LetsVenture, others
Bengaluru-based Spottabl, a SaaS-enabled full-stack hiring platform, has raised INR 3.5 crore in its seed round from Paradigm Shift VC, LetsVenture, Binny Bansal and others. It will use the funds to build a scalable self-serve product and start growth initiatives for capturing recruiter agency supply. Founded by Vanishri Deshpande, Spottabl claims to have helped over 50 tech startups and growth stage companies discover talent through its AI and human backed model. The startup claims that it has registered 3x quarterly growth for the period of six months and has seen a 5X growth in the recruiters' community in 2021.
