I T products distributor Rashi Peripherals raises Rs.150-Cr from Volrado, others
Mumbai-headquartered Rashi Peripherals has raised INR 150 crore in a pre-IPO funding round from Volrado Venture Partners and the Madhusudan Kela family.Volrado Venture Partners Fund-III-Beta was allocated 32.15 lakh equities, aggregating to INR 100 crore. Madhuri Madhusudan Kela, wife of ace investor Madhusudan Kela, acquired 16.08 lakh equity shares worth INR 50 crore at the same price.Rashi is a distributor of IT products of brands such as ASUS, Dell, HP and Lenovo. The firm had filed draft IPO papers to raise funds through a fresh issue of shares of INR 750 crore with no offer-for-sale component.
