ICICI Bank buys 9.49% stake in Indiafilings
ICICI Bank has acquired 2,29,600 equity shares constituting 9.49% stake in Chennai-based Verve Financial Services Pvt Ltd for close to INR 20 crore. Verve operates the ‘Indiafilings' platform, which provides a suite of services like incorporation, trademark, tax filings, compliance, payroll management and other business services to MSMEs, corporates and entrepreneurs. For FY21 the company had a turnover of INR 48.16 crore.
