ICICI Venture sells addl Go Colors shares worth Rs.176-Cr, registers 6.56x return

ICICI Venture has sold a further 2.78% stake in publicly listed Go Fashion (India) Ltd. (which owns women's garments brand Go Colors) on Dec 9, 2021. The sale, through a bulk deal on NSE, aggregates to INR 175.80 crore. Post the sale, ICICI Venture would hold 1,811,478 equity shares (3.35% stake) in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jan 2018, ICICI Venture invested INR 100 Crore for 13.79% stake in Go Golors. The company went public in Nov 2021 and ICICI Venture made a partial exit as part of the IPO.
