ICICI Venture, via India Advantage Fund S4-I, has sold 1,070,545 equity shares (1.38% stake) at INR 2,085.00 per share of publicly listed Krishna Institute Of Medical Sciences (KIMS Hospital) on Feb 6, 2024 through a bulk deal on BSE. The sale aggregates to INR 223.21 crore.
