IFC to invest Rs.330-Cr in JV with Sunteck Realty to set up housing units in Mumbai
International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Mumbai-based construction firm Sunteck Realty are partnering to create a joint platform with an investment of INR 750 crore for developing nearly 12,000 high-quality housing units across green housing projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). IFC would invest INR 330 crore (USD 40 million). The rest would be brought in by Sunteck Realty.
