Impact Fund Denmark sells 1.39% stake in CleanMax Enviro Energy for Rs.199.3 Cr

Danish Sustainable Development Goals Investment Fund managed by Impact Fund Denmark, via DSDG Holding APS, has sold 16.33 lakh shares in Mumbai-based CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions , representing a 1.39 percent stake in the firm. The transaction was valued at Rs 199.3 crore, with shares sold at a price of Rs 1,220 per share.Founded in 2010 by Kuldeep Jain, a former McKinsey & Co. partner, CleanMax has built a platform focused exclusively on the C&I (commercial and industrial) segment. It currently operates, owns and manages 2.54 gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy capacity, serving more than 500 customers.

Impact Fund Denmark first invested in Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions in Dec 2021. The company went public in Feb-2026, as part of which, Impact Fund Denmark had made a part exit.For FY26, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions had reported about INR 6,003 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 767 Cr in PAT.
