Incofin invests Rs.45-Cr in Mufin Green Finance
Publicly-listed EV and climate focused non banking financial company (NBFC) Mufin Green Finance has raised INR 45 crore from impact investor Incofin ((via allotment of 35,54,502 equity shares/warrants at INR 126.60 per share/warrant to Incofin India Progress Fund). Founded in 2016, Mufin Green Finance claims to have financed EVs worth over INR 160 crore across nine states and helped reduced over 100,000 tonnes of carbon emissions. Led by Kapil Garg, co-founder and managing director, Mufin Finance plans to disburse loans worth INR 5,000 crore over the next five years.
