IndiaMART Invests Rs.32-Cr in Mynd Solutions' TReDS M1xchange

B2B marketplace IndiaMART has invested INR 32.4 crore (USD 4.32 million) to acquire a stake in Mynd Solutions, which operates M1xchange, an RBI-approved TReDS (Trade Receivable Discounting System). SIDBI Venture Capital has partly exited with a return on investment of around 7X, on the investment made in the first tranche in 2015.
