Interior design startup Flipspaces raises $4-M from Prashasta Seth, others
Mumbai-based interior design startup Flipspaces has raised USD 4 million in its Pre-Series B funding round led by Prashasta Seth, former CEO of IIFL AMC. The funding round, a mix of equity and debt, also saw participation from other family groups and funds. Flipspaces, which is backed by Carpediem Capital, currently operates in the US and India, and designs interiors and builds projects for commercial spaces. It will use the fresh capital to expand its operations on the West Coast of the US and strengthen its technology stack. Prior to this, the startup raised a debt round of USD 1.15 million from UC Inclusive Credit and Alex Group. It also raised USD 3.5 million in its Series A funding round from Carpediem Capital. The current funding round comes almost two years after the startup raised USD 2 million from Seth and other HNIs.
