Investec Capital sets up maiden private credit AIF in India
Global financial services conglomerate Investec Capital is setting up its first private credit alternative investment fund (AIF) in India. The Emerging India Credit Opportunities Fund I will aim to raise up to INR 1,000 crore. It will typically target senior, secured credit investments in mid-market businesses in India with expertise in niche segments.
