IT services co Clover Infotech invests Rs.15-Cr in PaaS startup DSW for 25% stake
IT services and consulting enterprise Clover Infotech has bought a 25% stake in Mumbai-based AI startup Data Science Wizards (DSW) for INR 15.22 crore. DSW, a Platform as a Service (PaaS) model firm, helps organisations with machine learning processes, build an end-to-end journey and scale their artificial intelligence-enabled cases. The investment would help DSW to expand in the Middle East, Europe, the US and Singapore. The strategic investment in DSW would enable Clover Infotech to extend focused data science and AI capabilities to its customers.
