IT Services firm iLink Digital raises $75-M from True North
Private Equity firm True North, through its Fund VI, is to invest USD 75 million for a minority stake in Chennai- and Seattle, USA-based IT Services firm iLink Digital. Lincoln International was the financial advisor to iLink Digital. Founded in 2001, iLink Digital (with iLink Multitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., being the group's Indian entity) offers solutions spanning product engineering, data engineering and analytics, cloud operations and services, business applications consulting, and RPA consulting. Co-founded and led by its CEO Sree Balaji, iLink will use the funds raised for acquisitions aimed at enhancing its deep domain and technology expertise. A portion of the proceeds will be used to further iLink's engagement with its employees and clients.
