IT services integrator for MSPs SuperOps raises $12.4 M led by Addition, March Capital

Delaware (US)- and Chennai -based cloud-based managed service provider (MSP) platform SuperOps.ai has raised USD 12.4 million in a Series-B funding round led by Addition and March Capital, with participation from Matrix Partners India. The firm had raised USD 14 million Series-A funding round in January last year, backed by Addition, Tanglin Venture Partners, Matrix Partners, and Elevation Capital. The current funding brings the total investment in the software-as-a-service company to USD 29.4 million. SuperOps.ai will use the new funding to improve its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. The company's AI framework helps MSPs in assisting clients and improving efficiency. Founded in 2020 by ex-Freshworks colleagues Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, SuperOps.ai aims to put the information technology (IT) management processes of MSPs on a unified platform, enabling them to move away from fragmented tools. The company claims it saw a 300% growth in clientele in the last 12 months.
