ITC to acquire 16% stake in D2C personal care firm Mother Sparsh for Rs.20-Cr
Kolkata-based, publicly-listed ITC Ltd is to acquire 16% of the share capital of Panchkula-based D2C personal care brand Mother Sparsh for INR 20 crore. Mother Sparsh, a premium ayurvedic and natural personal care startup focuses on mother and baby care segments. For FY21 it had reported a turnover of INR 15.44 crore.
