Kae Capital-backed third-party mgmt platform Certa raises $35-M Series B
San Francisco, CA (USA)-based third-party management platform Certa has raised USD 35 million in its Series B round, led by Fin Capital and Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India. The round also saw participation from Tru Arrow Partners and existing investors Point72 Ventures, Aglae Ventures, Mantis VC, GOAT Capital and BDMI (part of Bertelsmann Investments) and others. The new funding takes the total institutional investment in Certa to USD 50 million. Co-founded and led by its CEO Jag Lamba, Certa had raised funding from Mumbai-based Kae Capital in 2013.
