Kedaara Capital acquires majority stake in digital product engg firm GS Lab
Private Equity firm Kedaara Capital has acquired a majority stake in Pune-based digital product engineering service firm Great Software Laboratory Pvt Ltd (GS Lab). DC Advisory acted as the sole financial advisor to GS Lab on the transaction.
