Kedaara Capital sells Vijaya Diagnostics shares worth Rs.311-Cr, reaps over 5x
Kedaara Capital has sold shares worth about INR 311 crore in publicly listed Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd.through a bulk deal on the stock exchanges. Post the latest sale, the investor would have an about 3% stake in the company.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Dec 2016, Kedaara Capital invested INR 407.11 crore for a 40% stake in Vijaya. It sold a part stake as part of the company’s IPO in Sep 2021.
