Kidswear startup Includ raises Rs.25.4 Cr from 3one4 Capital, Incubate Fund

Gurugram-based D2C (direct-to-consumer) kidswear brand Includ has raised INR 25.4 crore (USD 2.9 million) in a pre-Series A round led by 3one4 Capital (INR 21 crore), with participation from existing investor Japan’s Incubate Fund Asia (INR 3.63 crore.)Founded in 2023 by Ashwin Rastogi, Includ is an online kidswear brand for children up to 14+ years.Includ plans to use the fresh capital to enhance its supply chain, develop in-house technology and increase brand awareness.

In Apr-24, Includ had attracted about USD 1.5 M from Incubate Fund Asia, Stride Ventures, and others.
