Kitchen app Sortizy raises gets $100-K from Campus Fund, others
Hyderabad-based Sortizy, a smart kitchen management platform, has raised USD 100,000 in a funding round led by Campus Fund, that backs student-led startups. Founded in 2020 by Surbhi Guha of NIT-Warangal and Sagthi Prakash of IIT-Kharagpur, along with Akshay and Nitin Gupta, Sortizy offers recipes and cooking lessons on video as well as a feature that allows users to plan their meals and grocery purchases. It was recognised by Google Play India as the best app of 2021 in the everyday essentials category.
