KKR, Cube Highways among bidders for Macquaire's road portfolio

PE firm KKR and I Squared Capita-backed Cube Highways as well as the Adani Group have been shortlisted for the final round of bids for a portfolio of roads put up for sale by Australia's Macquarie at an enterprise value of INR 4,200 crore. JP Morgan is advising on the deal.
