Kotak to raise Rs.1,500-Cr for PE-VC fund-of-funds
Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd (KIAL) has launched Kotak India Alternate Allocation Fund, a INR 1,500 crore fund of funds (FoF) to invest in various private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) funds. The fund will also invest some portion of its corpus into co-investment opportunities from its investee funds.
