Kotak Investment makes first close for Rs.6,000-Cr infra fund
Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd (KIAL) is targeting to raise INR 6,000 crore for the Kotak Infrastructure Investment Fund. The fund, which will be focusing on infrastructure credit, has received commitments of INR 5,328 crore in the first close from investors including Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), while the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has pitched in with a USD 100 million (about INR 828 crore) commitment.
