KYC software maker Veri5Digital to merge with Novopay
Bengaluru-based KYC (know your customer) software-startup Veri5Digital, which was launched by Khosla Labs Pvt Ltd in 2016, is being merged with Trustt, a recently rebranded banking software business of Novopay Solutions Pvt Ltd (also backed by Khosla Labs), also based in Bengaluru.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Aug-19, Veri5Digital had raised USD 2 M from Khosla Ventures.
