LeapFrog exits Magma Fincorp by selling shares worth Rs.238-Cr, registers 1.67x return

LeapFrog, via LeapFrog Financial inclusion India Holdings Ltd, has sold 13,218,519 equity shares (1.73% stake) at INR 180.27 per share of publicly listed Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd (formerly Magma Fincorp) on Aug 17, 2021 through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 238.29 crore.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Mar 2015, LeapFrog invested INR 200 crore for 7.82% stake at INR 108 per share in Magma. It made one part exit in Sep 2017 before the current complete exit.
