Legal tech platform Oddr raises $2-M from Saama Capital, others
Silicon Valley-headquartered legal tech platform Oddr has raised USD 2 million in a seed round led by India-focused VC firm Saama Capital and Twin Ventures. The round also saw participation from angels in the US, Singapore and Germany. Oddr aims to automate the billing process, which is primarily manual and leads to invoice delays, higher write-offs, and high overhead costs for collections for professional services firms. The company. Is looking to launch its services in North America, the UK, and Australia with an R&D center to be set up in India. The funds will be used to build an invoice-to-cash platform for legal firms, as well as firms in accounting, consulting and financial services.
