Live audience engagement platform StreamAlive raises $1.53-M from Speciale Invest, others
New Jersey (USA)- and India-based livestream engagement SaaS startup StreamAlive has raised pre-seed funding of $1.53 million led by enterprise tech focused venture capital investor, Speciale Invest. Other investors in the round included micro VC funds, founders of private-company software unicorns, professors from MIT and other angel investors. The fresh funds will be invested in engineering and product development. StreamAlive's unique SaaS (Software as a Service) application has been designed to work with all major streaming and meeting platforms. The app makes live streams highly interactive and engaging for wider audiences and makes possible audience engagement at scale. The company has filed for a provisional patent for its unique cross-platform approach to live audience engagement. StreamAlive.com is co-founded and led by Lux (Lakshmanan) Narayan who earlier co-founded social media benchmarking company Unmetric (acquired in 2019 by Falcon.io, a part of Cision, Inc.)
