Logistics tech unicorn Rivigo in talks with Flipkart, FirstCry for sale: report

Logistics tech unicorn Rivigo, which has struggled to raise fresh funds, is in talks to merge its operations with Flipkart's logistics arm e-Kart or FirstCry's e-commerce focussed logistics Xpressbees. Backed by Elevation Capital (formerly SAIF Partners), and Warburg Pincus, the Gurugram-based logistics firm has faced headwinds over the past few years.
