Luggage-maker Mokobara raises $3.6 M from Saama Capital, Alteria Capital, others
Bengaluru-based D2C backpacks and suitcases seller Mokobara has raised USD 3.6 million (INR 29 crore) from its existing investors Saama Capital, Sauce VC, Alteria Capital, among others. Samaa Capital is investing USD 1.6 million in the funding round, which will also see participation from Touchstone VC and LogX Ventures. The company would allot 2,233 Series A1 compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares (CCPS) to 27 investors at a premium of INR 1,34,320.40.
