Luxury holiday homes player Isprava raises Rs.200-Cr from LSE-listed Symphony Intnl
Mumbai-headquartered Isprava Group, a luxury holiday home developer backed by Nadir Godrej, Anand Piramal and Dabur India's Burman family, has raised nearly INR 200 crore in a funding round led by London Stock Exchange-listed Symphony International Holdings. The two Isprava Group brands - Isprava and Lohono Stays - will use the funds to increase their footprint across India and in other countries. The funds will also be used to broaden the brand portfolio, to strengthen technology and strategic alliances and for product development. In the last 6 years, the Isprava Group has delivered over 160 homes. About 270 homes are under various stages of construction in Goa, Alibaug, Kasauli and the Nilgiris.
