M&M, external investors to invest Rs.875-Cr in premium motorcycle unit Classic Legends

Publicly listed Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) along with external investors will invest INR 875 crore in unit Classic Legends Pvt Ltd (CLPL). CLPL owns brands like Jawa, Yezdi and BSA, and operates in the fast-growing premium motorcycle segment in India. Post the investment, M&M would continue to hold a 60% stake in CLPL.
