Mahagun Group raises funding for Rs.1,800-Cr luxury housing project in Noida

Realty firm Mahagun India has started bookings for its luxury housing project “Mahagun Medalleo” at Noida's Sector 107, spread over 40,000 square metres. The total project cost is about INR 1,800 crore. The project - which comprises 686 residential units - has been financed by a PE-RE investor through its trustee Vistra TCL (India) Ltd. It will be developed in phases and fully delivered by 2027.
