Mahindra Logistics to sell its entire 39.8% stake in TLPL
Publicly listed Mahindra Logistics is to sell its entire 39.79% stake in Bengaluru-headquartered Transtech Logistics Pvt Ltd (TLPL) to Amarnath Kalale, a promoter in the company, for a consideration of INR 1,32,176.
