Mental fitness platform Mindhouse raises $6-M

Gurugram-based online mental fitness platform Mindhouse is to raise around USD 6 million led by Three State Capital, with participation from GC India Investments, Grand Anicut Angel, and others. The deal reportedly provides Mindhouse a post-money valuation of INR 180 crore (a little over USD 24 million). Three State Capital will invest INR 18.72 crore, GC India Investments INR 7.5 crore, and Grand Anicut Angel, INR 5.15 crore. Co-founders Pankaj Chaddah and Pooja Khanna will make a total investment of INR INR 7.5 crore. Chaddah was formerly a co-founder of Zomato, where Khanna also had a decade-long stint.
