Mental health startup Amaha raises $4.4 M from Fireside Ventures
Mumbai-headquartered mental health startup Amaha (formerly InnerHour) has raised USD 4.39 million (INR 36.44 crore) from Fireside Ventures in an extended Series A round.Amaha will issue 29,71,483 Series A4 compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 122.63 each. Amaha has been valued at around INR 177.2 crore or USD 21.35 million.To date, the company has raised around USD 10 million from Lightbox Ventures, Capricorn Partners, Pankaj Sahni, Hitesh Oberoi and Ashish Bhargava.
