Merchant commerce platform Pine Labs acquires API fintech co Setu for $75-M
Unicorn merchant commerce platform Pine Labs is to acquire Bengaluru-based Setu, an API (application programming interface) focused fintech startup. The deal value is estimated at USD 70-75 million. Setu works with non-banking financial companies, enabling the consolidation of all financial data of users at a single location and allows users to access the services
Between Oct 18 and Apr 20, Setu had raised over USD 18 M from Bharat Innovation Fund, Lightspeed Ventures and others
