Unicorn merchant commerce platform Pine Labs is to acquire Bengaluru-based Setu, an API (application programming interface) focused fintech startup. The deal value is estimated at USD 70-75 million.
Setu works with non-banking financial companies, enabling the consolidation of all financial data of users at a single location and allows users to access the services
