Mobile-centric content marketplace Pep raises $2.5 M from India Quotient, others
Bangalore-based Pep, a mobile-centric online marketplace for content, has raised USD 2.5 million in seed funding from India Quotient and angel investors including Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal (founders of Meesho), Kunal Shah (Cred), and Farooq Adam (Fynd). The round also saw participation from Parag Bhide, Sambhav Mehrotra, Sridhar Subramanian, Ravindra Yadav, and Sargun Gulati. Founded by IIT alumni Nav Agrawal and Swapnil Upadhyay, Pep will use the new funds to accelerate curating content across various formats.
