Molbio Diagnostics raises $85-M led by Temasek
Goa-headquartered healthcare solutions provider Molbio Diagnostics has raised USD 85 million (over INR 690 crore) in an investment round led by Singapore-based Private Equity investor Temasek. The fresh funds from Temasek along with those from existing investors such as Motilal Oswal, will help the company accelerate development and commercialisation of technologies in bridging clinical gaps. Molbio Diagnostics is known for its “Truenat†technology - a portable, battery-operated real-time PCR platform that can be used for testing infectious diseases, including Tuberculosis, Covid-19, Hepatitis-C virus, human papillomavirus, influenza and vector-borne diseases such as dengue, chikungunya and malaria.
