MORE raises target corpus of 5th fund to Rs.1,000-Cr
Motilal Oswal Real Estate, the realty-focused private equity arm of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, has seen high-interest from domestic high net worth individuals and family offices for its India Realty Excellence Fund V (IREF-V). Going by the response from the limited partners, the fund has raised its target to INR 1,000 crore from the earlier target of INR 800 crore. The fund expects to raise the corpus in the next two months.
