MSME lender Kinara Capital bags $27.3 M from Nuveen Global Impact Fund, Triple Jump

Bengaluru-based fintech startup Kinara Capital is raising funds in a fresh round of funding from Nuveen Global Impact Fund and Triple Jump. Kinara has passed a resolution to allot 3.2 million Class A1 equity shares to Nuveen Global Impact Fund and Triple Jump (via Pettelaar Effectenbewaarbedrijf N.V) for USD 27.3 million (INR 208.1 crore). The round size can further increase to add more investors. Kinara counts Gaja Capital, GAWA Capital, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and Patamar Capital as its investors. It also aims to raise USD 91.8 million in debt in a year.
