Nisus Finance invests Rs.60-Cr in Bengaluru residential project High Cliff

Nisus Finance, a real estate credit fund, has invested INR 60 crore through listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in High Cliff, a late-stage residential development in Bellandur, Bengaluru.The luxury project is spread over 1.4 acres of land with a saleable area of around 2.4 lakh sq ft. The funds will be used to refinance existing debt and for the timely completion of the project.
