No-code mobile app platform Plobal Apps raises $8.5 M from Elevation Capital, Bessemer, others
No-code mobile app building platform Plobal Apps raised USD 8.5 million in a round led by Elevation Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Better Capital, bringing the total capital raised so far to USD 14 million. Founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Atul Poharkar, Plobal Apps helps D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands build their mobile apps, drive installs, and engage customers. The startup's clients include Steve Madden, Goose Creek, Koovs, and Rare Rabbit. The startup will use the fresh capital to expand its reach in North America, launch new products, and strengthen its technology infrastructure.
