Nutrition supplements seller Healthkart raises $66-M from Temasek, A91 Partners
Omnichannel healthtech platform HealthKart has raised INR 536.52 crore (around USD 66 million) in a Series H round led by Temasek with participation of A91 Partners. HealthKart would issue 10 equity shares and 3,08,547 Series H compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of INR 17,388 per share. The firm has also raised the existing ESOP pool to 91,514 options. Temasek (via V-Science Investment) has led the Series H round with INR 389.46 crore (USD 47.7 million). A91 Partners invested the remaining INR 147.06 crore (USD 18 million). Healthkart owns and manufactures eight nutrition brands including supplements such as MuscleBlaze, The Protein Zone, TrueBasics, HKVitals, bGreen, Nouriza, and Gritzo. HealthKart separated its generic drug search business HealthkartPlus in 2015 and rebranded it to 1mg.
