Oaktree to invest Rs.3,000-Cr in JV with Indiabulls Housing Finance: report

Oaktree Capital is to invest INR 3,000 crore for a 60% stake in a joint venture with publicly listed Indiabulls Housing Finance. The JV will acquire a chunk of loans given by the non-banking finance company to realty developers.
