Office improvement products maker Ozone Overseas raises Rs.250-Cr from Nuvama: report

Nuvama Private Equity has invested INR 250 crore in Delhi-based office and home improvement products maker Ozone Overseas through its third late-stage/pre-IPO fund. Ozone's current portfolio has over 5,000 products across glass fittings, door hardware, kitchen & furniture fittings, automatic doors, railing fittings, demountable partitioning systems, smart devices, fingerprint locks and safes. Besides India, the company has also established its footprint in the US, Germany, Turkey, Italy, and the UAE. Nuvama PE is currently investing from its third late-stage/pre-IPO fund under the Crossover Opportunities banner. This fund has so far raised INR 3,800 crore. The latest crossover fund has earlier invested in Ola Electric and DailyHunt. Private Equity investor PAG acquired a majority stake in Edelweiss Wealth Management in 2021 and renamed the business Nuvama.
