Ola Electric to raise $140-M led by existing investor Temasek
Ola Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd is set to raise USD 140 million from existing investors. Singapore government owned investor Temasek is investing around USD 90 million, while others - mostly family offices - will contribute the remaining sum. The company has been valued at USD 5.4-5.5 Billion - at a premium to Ola Electric's last round in January 2022, when it raised around USD 200 million at a valuation of around USD 5 Billion .. Ola Electric posted a loss of INR 784 crore in FY22, up from INR 199 crore in FY21. Its revenue rose from INR 86 lakh to INR 373 crore in the period.
