Omnivore exits pest control co Barrix via sale to Sumitomo Chemical India

Food and agriculture-focused fund Omnivore Partners has agreed to sell its holdings in Bengaluru-based Barrix Agro Sciences to Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd (SCIL), a subsidiary of a Japanese fertilizer and pesticide maker. EY is the exclusive financial advisor to Barrix and its shareholders on the deal.
