Operating system for students Primeos raises $1-M

Delhi-based PrimeOS, an android-based operating system for laptops created for students, has raised around USD 1 million in a round led by Kundan Group, Brindavan Group, with participation from high networth individuals (HNIs) and Infotel Business Solution. PrimeOS has given a 3x exit to its early backers, including Venture Catalysts and a few angel investors, as part of the new funding round. Founded in 2017 by IIT Delhi alumni Chitranshu Mahant and Aman Verma, PrimeOS claims to have over three million organic downloads from 140 countries.
