PE firm Advent names its India API, CDMO platform as Cohance Lifesciences
Private Equity firm Advent International has launched Cohance Lifesciences, a new brand identity for its active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and contract development and manufacturing services (CDMO) platform. It would comprise three portfolio companies in RA Chem Pharma, ZCL Chemicals and Avra Laboratories. The US-based PE firm intends to add more assets in the future with the vision to become one of the top three merchant API and CDMO companies in India.
