Peepul Capital exits Megasoft by selling shares worth Rs.5.39 Cr; registers 0.46x return

Peepul Capital has sold 3,456,375 equity shares at INR 14.33 per share on the NSE and 306,000 equity shares at INR 14.21 per share on the BSE of publicly listed Megasoft Ltd. on Jul 6, 2021. The sales, which constitutes a 8.5% stake of the company, aggregates to INR 5.39 crore.
